Services

Two phases. The boundary between them is deliberate.

Phase 1 identifies and quantifies the opportunity. Phase 2 builds the infrastructure to capture it. We do not ask you to fund a build before the diagnostic supports it.

Phase 1

The diagnostic

What we do

  • Map data flows across ERP, CRM, billing, and payroll
  • Reconcile actuals at the transaction and project level
  • Quantify margin variation by customer, contract type, and cohort
  • Identify which close and reporting processes are candidates for automation
  • Propose the source of truth architecture and the sequence to build it

What you receive

  • A findings report sized in annual dollars, not percentages
  • A data gap assessment naming what exists, what does not, and what must be sourced
  • A Phase 2 scope with a build sequence and timeline
  • Working reporting on your infrastructure covering the diagnostic period

Timeline: Four to eight weeks, depending on system count and data condition.

To the extent quick wins are feasible inside the diagnostic, we deliver them during Phase 1.

Phase 2

The build

What we do

  • Build the governed data model consolidating your source systems
  • Implement automated pipelines and scheduled refresh
  • Deliver the semantic layer with agreed definitions
  • Build the executive and operational reporting suite
  • Implement exception alerting and monitoring
  • Document and hand off to your team

What you receive

  • A production data warehouse on your infrastructure
  • A semantic model your analysts can extend
  • Reporting your CFO and board can run without us
  • Documentation and training for internal ownership

Timeline: Twelve to twenty weeks, sequenced by priority.

Service lines

Six services. Every one of them run by a partner.

01

Revenue Leakage & Margin Recovery

Quantify margin variation across contract types, customers, and project managers. We identify pricing drift, discount creep, and unbilled time, then size what each is worth annually.

02

Margin & Cost Reconstruction

Rebuild product-line, customer, and lot-level margin from source systems when standard costing cannot produce it. Standard-cost variance, inventory and obsolescence reserve assessment, roll-forwards reconciled to the ledger, and a restated P&L with an EBITDA bridge.

03

Source of Truth Creation

Consolidate ERP, CRM, billing, and payroll into one governed data model. Agreed definitions, a semantic layer, and a single version of financial truth your team maintains.

04

M&A Diligence & Commercial Analytics

Two sides of the same question. On the data side: rapid ingestion of large, disparate deal data, pro forma cash flows, unit economics, and a clear read on where the gaps are before you sign. On the commercial side: testing the investment thesis as falsifiable gates, competitive landscape, pricing and willingness to pay, and primary buyer research.

05

Post-Acquisition Value Creation

Integrate acquired ERP, CRM, and billing systems into the parent data model. Automated pipelines and executive reporting that hold up through the hold period, so the next bolt-on integrates in weeks rather than quarters.

06

Finance & Accounting Automation

Identify and automate manual close steps — reconciliation, journal entries, cash application, three-part matching. Shorter cycle times on processes your team already knows.

What we own, and what we do not

We are not a systems integrator, and not a platform.

What we own

The governed data layer across the systems you already run, and the agentic workflows on top of it. Intercompany consolidation and constant-currency reporting become defined metrics in the semantic layer rather than spreadsheet exercises run after the close.

What we do not

We do not replace your systems of record, run enterprise systems integration, or license you a platform. Where a mature product already solves a workflow — AP, close, FP&A, billing — that is the category we recommend buying from.

Start with a diagnostic, not a commitment.

Phase 1 is scoped to answer one question: is the opportunity real, and how big is it? If the numbers do not support a Phase 2, we will say so.
